The name 'Wave and Sea' surrounds the idea of collaboration. The wave in the sea cannot exist alone and the sea needs the waves in equal measure. Mitch Albom said, in his wonderful book, Tuesdays, with Morrie, “You're not a wave, you're a part of the ocean." I believe this to be true throughout my work as I effectively collaborate, lead and implement workflow for inspirational leaders, CEO and Executive Teams.
